1. Does my current cigar vendor guarantee their cigars will stay fresh for one year?
Answer: All CertiFresh® cigars are guaranteed to stay fresh for one year no matter the storage conditions. Our
active humidification via the patented Humidipak® insert keeps cigars in perfect condition. CertiFresh® is the ONLY
company that uses an active, two-way humidification device. No tube will keep a cigar fresh for more than a few
days.
2. Do I or my staff have time to maintain and monitor the moisture levels in our humidor,
every week?
Answer: Cigars are very fragile and must be kept at a constant 65-70% relative humidity. Too dry, the wrappers
crack and unravel, too wet and they won't burn and become moldy. Unless someone on your staff is keeping a
watchful eye on your humidor to make sure the humidity level is correct, you have less than perfect cigars. Your
customers will notice a too dry or too wet cigar.
3. Is my cigar provider paying the state tobacco tax for me?
Answer: CertiFresh Cigar is a licensed tobacco distributor in most states. On your behalf we report and pay all
associated taxes. We carefully monitor changes affecting tobacco sales in your state and will keep you informed, if
needed, to maintain compliance.
4. Are all my cigars top rated, nationally advertised, well known brands?
Answer: Many of the cigars obtained from a local shop are nothing more than their overstock. Local shops don't
want to provide their best selling cigars to someone they are going to make less margin on. Every CertiFresh cigar
has been rated an 87 or higher by Cigar Aficionado® magazine. Our volume of sales insures we always have the
freshest stock direct from the makers.
5. Am I promoting my golf course, restaurant and driving range with every cigar sold?
Answer: Every CertiFresh cigar includes your unique artwork at no charge. Now every cigar you sell is custom to
your operation. We can design custom insert cards for each segment of your business. Example: One version for
the pro shop, one version for the restaurant, and one version for the bar. The insert cards can incorporate coupons
to drive sales to other areas of your business. No other cigar vendor insures you the highest profit possible from
your cigar sales, and also helps you generate other merchandise sales too.
6. Am I selling cigars from our beverage cart?
Answer: If you're not selling cigars from a beverage cart you are losing out on significant additional sales. A
customer on the back nine is not going to drive or walk back to the pro shop for another cigar. They will buy another
beer and cigar from your beverage cart. CertiFresh supplies you with a beverage cart container at no charge. Our
CertiFresh packaging makes us the ONLY vendor that allows cigar sales from a beverage cart with zero risk of losing
freshness.
7. How many cigars (and dollars) am I throwing away due to damage?
Answer: Many of our new customers report they are throwing away 10-20% of their cigars each month due to
damage. It's human nature to want to squeeze and smell a fine cigar. Unfortunately, this often damages the cigar
and makes it unsaleable. Because of our unique packaging, you'll never throw a CertiFresh cigar away due to
handling, or condition issues.
8. Am I missing out on tournament, corporate and wedding business with my current cigar
vendor?
Answer: Because every CertiFresh cigar features 100% custom packaging, we can build a design to suit any
customer or situation you might have. We will make custom imprint artwork for any tournament, event, corporate
customer or wedding for FREE! We only have a two box requirement for this service. Offering cigars for tournament
and event customers is a proven way to generate additional sales.
